How do you describe what you do:

The Sparkle Bar is Arizona's first makeup only, beauty studio. Our Award winning studio is the ultimate destination for all your makeup & beauty needs. Our expert makeup artists provide a wide range of services and looks that are just right for the perfect night out, galas, events, bridal makeup parties, showers, bachelorette parties or the perfect Fresh Face for your everyday life. We even offer on location services where a TSB Makeup Artist can travel to your home, office, or other location to make having your makeup done even more convenient. We're here to make you feel like your most gorgeous + confident self. TSB Makeup Artists create looks that are unique + individual, just like the women that wear them.

Basically, we help women (& men) feel like their most confident, empowered and beautiful selves by highlighting their fabulous features using our medium or choice, makeup.

What is the mission for your businesses’ giving: Our mission is to give back to organizations that support women, children, the arts and, our community.

How do you give back to society through your business: We give back with our time and the services we provide through those donation. We support a number of organizations but contributing our time and services to those that support and empower women and girls are particularly important. We donate as much as we can – especially when we have the opportunity to directly impact someone, like those opportunities with Make a Wish and Teen Prom for the Cancer Support Community.

Charity or Charities of choice: We really LOVE Suns88, we’re members and the work we get to do and time that members put in to make the community a better place is awesome and makes a difference, we’ve seen it firsthand. We’re so blessed to have the opportunity to meet and know so many people who make giving back such a cornerstone in their lives. Make a wish is also amazing… we’ve had the opportunity to grant a couple wishes and feel so blessed to be to play a small part in brightening someone’s day. Giving back is coo and in a world that can often times feel cruel if you have an opportunity to do something to help someone and lift them up - even in the smallest way, do it.

Why have you supported these causes: It’s our responsibility as humans to give back, so we do.

Favorite business based on their giving efforts and why: Locally, Addison Taylor Fine Jewelry- Tree of Life Movement, we love a fashionable give back. We also LOVE FEED Projects

Who influenced your spirit of giving and how: We were both fortunate enough to be raised in families where the spirit of service and community were important and emphasized.

How do you believe fashion can aid philanthropy: Anything that can bring awareness to a worthy cause by bringing influential individuals together to support a cause and engage people is amazing - - Feed, is a favorite because the connect their customer to a cause, one bag at a time. LOVE!

What is your biggest philanthropic accomplishment: Teen Prom with Cancer Support Community Center …whenever we get a chance to step in and be fairy glam mothers is really special. Seeing someone escape their reality for just a moment and forget about the chemo, hair falling out, missing eyebrows, absent lashes and just feel pampered --to see herself as “beautiful”- it really puts the purpose in what we do in perspective. For so many it’s not just makeup --it really does change the way someone views themselves and that really powerful. Having opportunities like that, that allow us to participate in a small way and brighten what can feel dark and scary is really impactful. We’re really fortunate to lend a hand and bring a smile to someone’s face.

Favorite philanthropic quote: "When we give cheerfully and accept gracefully, everyone is blessed" -Maya Angelou

And,

Acts 20:35 It is more blessed to give than to receive
